PA 5252 FINANCIAL, BUDGET, AND HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

This course provides students with an advanced understanding of financial, budgetary, and human resources as manageable resources in public and non-profit organizations. They will be able to synthesize and apply concepts, theories, and best practices to challenging issues to prepare for leadership positions in a variety of organizations.
