CHEM 3381 PHYSICAL CHEMISTRY I
Detailed discussions of the theories of thermodynamics and their applications to the behavior of matter. Thermodynamic functions such as U, H, S, G and A, are defined and relationships among them are mathematically derived. The functions are applied in explaining and predicting the properties of gas, chemical equilibrium, phase change solubility, and electrochemistry.
