PSY 5170 PSYCHOLOGY OF AGING
Major theoretical, conceptual, and methodological issues in psychological studies on the later years of the life-span. Emphasis on the biopsychosocial model, and the normative changes in cognition, emotion, social relationships, sense of self and personality.
Prerequisite
Six semesters hours of psychology at the graduate level, including one course in any area of developmental psychology.
