NURS 6130 GRANT WRITING AND FISCAL ESSENTIALS
Foundation in grantsmanship for research and academic initiatives. Knowledge regarding grant writing competencies, identifying potential funding sources and the preparation of the proposal, the value of interdisciplinary team initiatives and budgets are presented. A review of essential 501 (c) (3) legal and fiscal management issues and related technology including responsible budget monitoring of cost center expenditures. Access to the resources Kean University Foundation and the Kean University Office of Research and Sponsored Programs is available on a continuous basis.
