MUS 1592 PERCUSSION METHODS AND MATERIALS

Development of fundamental performance skills in performance of the snare drum, timpani, and marimba. Special emphasis on the teaching of percussion instruments in a school setting. Students are required to own appropriate drum sticks and mallets as well as a practice pad.
