BIO 3000 MARINE BIOLOGY

The interrelations of marine plants and animals with their environment. Topics include: primary production, symbiosis, predation, energy flow, zonation and effects of salinity, temperature, light, dissolved oxygen, tides and wave action. One weekend field trip required. Equivalent given summers at N.J. Marine Sciences Consortium field stations.
