PA 5870 MANAGEMENT OF LONG-TERM CARE, ASSISTED LIVING AND ADULT CARE CLIENTS

Reconcile conflicting administrative-clinical issues in the management of clients in LTC, AL, and ADC settings. Courses will discuss quality, politics, and ethics of LTC client care including environment, essential services, client's rights, role of the Ombudsman, and staff-client relation- ship.
