This course provides an overview of the historic, economic, and legal principles of debtor/creditor and federal bankruptcy law. Students learn practical application of core concepts through the preparation of schedules and statements for a Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy with software used in bankruptcy law firms.
