Business Administration

Program Overview:

The Business Administration curriculum is a great starting point for students planning to transfer into a Business Program at a 4-year institution. CSI’s program is designed to prepare students for the foundational business courses to be successful upon transfer; including an introduction in accounting, business statistics, software, communication, and decision-making skills faced in a business environment. We work with Idaho’s 4-year institutions to provide students with the opportunities to succeed upon graduation.

It is the student’s responsibility to know the requirements of the institution to which they plan to transfer in order to ensure courses taken at CSI will fulfill requirements in the four-year program.

Program Outcomes:

Upon successful completion of the General Business program, a student will be able to:

1. Understand and apply analytical and disciplinary concepts and methods related to business and economics
2. Communicate effectively
3. Solve problems, including unstructured problems, related to business and economics
4. Use effective teamwork and collaboration skills
5. Resolve ethical issues related to business and economics
