A study covering the special applications of the Ammonia refrigeration cycle such as multiple evaporators, special defrost, ultra-low temperature, cascade systems, multiple compressors, and head pressure control in ambient and various load conditions. - Demonstrate a working knowledge of the electrical system of an Ammonia Refrigeration system
- Demonstrate a working- knowledge of the basic components that make up an Ammonia Refrigeration system
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of refrigerant control devices used in Ammonia Refrigeration systems
- Understand basic diagnostic procedures
- Demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving in diagnosing systems
