This course is a continuation of AQUA 101. It is a more in-depth study of other commonly cultured fish species. Students will study Aquaculture marketing and business practices. Leadership, communication, and human relations skills will be included.

- Discuss conditions that would make culturing different species ideal.
- Discuss ornamental fish production in the United States.
- Describe how to set up a beginner’s Aquarium.

- Define marketing and describe a marketing plan.
- Compare the consumption and trends in consumption for fish and shellfish in the United States.
