EDU-542 Mathematics Methods/Secondary Teachers

The emphasis of this class is on the mathematics that is taught in the middle and high school levels. The Idaho mathematics standards will be used in analyzing curriculum and preparing lessons. A variety of teaching techniques, and methods will be described and modeled. The use of manipulatives, calculators and computers will be included. Prerequisite: Admission to Internship.
