Principal Certification
To be recommended for certification through Texas Wesleyan University as an all-level principal, an individual must have a Master’s degree, have a valid teaching certificate, at least 2 years teaching experience, be accepted into and complete the prescribed course or study at Texas Wesleyan University, and pass the Principal State Exam (TExES 68). Refer to the Admission Requirements for further information regarding acceptance into this area of study.
