MGF2107 Mathematics for Liberal Arts
Topics include: Consumer mathematics, mathematical modeling, and geometry in art, graph theory, voting, apportionment techniques and history of mathematics. Applications to real-world situations are heavily emphasized. (Prerequisite: Placement through Daytona State College placement test or
MAT0028C with grade "C" or better or permission of chairperson.) This course will help satisfy the graduation requirements of the Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree.
