Student Right-To‐Know and Campus Security Act of 1990 (The Clery Act)
The Student Right‐To-Know and Campus Security Act of 1990 requires all postsecondary institutions participating in Federal Student Aid Programs to disclose campus security policies and certain crime statistics.
Augusta Technical College publishes an annual disclosure report to faculty, staff, students and the public to comply with the provisions of the law. This report is available in the Information Technology Center, Business Office and on our website at www.augustatech.edu. Printed copies may be obtained from the Business Office.
