Program Description: The Golf Turf and Landscape Specialist program includes courses that specifically focus on topics related to golf course turf management. Topics include soils and fertilization, plant growth requirements, plant propagation, irrigation, golf course turf management, pest management, equipment utilization, and non-turf golf course maintenance.
Employment Opportunities: A graduate of this program may expect to find career opportunities as a greenskeeper, grounds maintenance technician, spray technician, irrigation specialist, and assistant golf course superintendent.
