Program Description:A student in this program will develop a basic foundation in mathematics, scientific methods and techniques, chemistry, biology and physics and use of computers. High school students are the future of our country. They will become the leaders in many areas, and an understanding of scientific principles and how they help in understanding societal issues will be important for our future. Course work in the natural sciences will allow them to explore their curiosities, and learn fundamentals concepts and lab techniques. This could lead to careers as scientists, engineers, educators, and public servants.
Employment Opportunities: The natural sciences provide a foundation for careers in biology, physics and chemistry, as well as medicine and allied health disciplines.
