MSN 6551 Roles and Responsibilities of the Nursing Professional Development
This course provides an in-depth exploration of the roles and responsibilities of the Nursing Professional Development (NPD) Practitioner, focusing on leadership, ethics, advocacy, collaboration, and communication. Students will examine professional practice standards, regulatory guidelines, and key competencies essential for leading and mentoring healthcare teams. Emphasis is placed on cultural humility, social equity, and professional accountability in nursing education and workforce development.
