Upon completion of this course, a student will be able to:
- Demonstrates understanding of principles of leadership through research experience in the classroom and self-reflection.
- Develops research projects regarding advocacy for children.
- Prepares integrated lesson plans with minimal support from Lab Facilitator.
- Understands strategies and importance of building relationships with peers.
- Explain concepts of universal design at developmental levels ages 3-5.
- Conduct assessments at an individual and program level.
