SOC-335 Global Criminology
This course exposes students to how non-U.S. nation-states and territories, such as the United Kingdom, and international organizations, such the International Criminal Tribunal and Interpol, define and respond to criminality. Students will critique these systems in light of similarities to and differences from U.S. systems. The course also examines crimes that cross and transcend international borders, such as trafficking and cybercrime.
Prerequisite
SOC-215 must be completed prior to taking this course.
