Music Education (Precertification) Specialization

This specialization is designed for students desiring to be music educators. Students may qualify for certification as a music educator if they complete all of the following: the Music major, the Music Education specialization, the Education minor, and the fifth-year student teaching experience. Students interested in becoming certified educators should contact the college's Education department about all requirements related to certification, including admission to the Teacher Education program.
