EXS 307 Human Nutrition
Principles and concepts of normal human nutrition applied to various stages in life and activities especially as they relate to health promotion and weight control. Motivational skills for fitness, adherence to healthy nutrition, and strategies for evaluating health and fitness claims will be discussed. Open to exercise science and athletic training majors only.
