POE-350 Topics in Political Philosophy
A seminar-like deep study of selected works of ancient, medieval, modern, or contemporary political philosophy. Topics will vary from year to year. Students will be required to make sense of original works independently prior to class sessions and be ready to vigorously participate in class discussions.
Prerequisite
Students must have a broad, basic understanding of political philosophical issues prior to taking this course, and therefore successful completion of
POE-250 or
POE-255 is highly recommended.
