CSC-150 Computer Science I: Introduction to Computer Science and Programming

Students learn elements of computer programming including variables, input and output, operators, control structures, functions, and arrays, using a high level language such as C++.  In the process of learning to program, students become familiar with some of the ideas and vocabulary used in computer science and develop problem solving skills. Prerequisites: MAT-150 or MAT-175 or MAT-275 or placement. The prerequisite course must be passed with a minimum grade of C.
