MBA 8750 Executive Leadership Portfolio I

This course equips experienced professionals with advanced leadership strategies to drive organizational success and navigate complex challenges. Students will critically reflect on their professional journeys, integrate theoretical frameworks, and develop practical strategies for enhancing organizational impact. Through experiential learning and portfolio development, participants will demonstrate mastery of core leadership principles while earning credit for prior learning. This course empowers leaders to elevate their practice, inspire teams, and drive strategic transformation.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of progressive management or leadership experience in business, nonprofit, or government organizations
  • Experience reflecting responsibility for strategic decision-making, organizational leadership, financial oversight, or project management
