SPAN152 Topics in Hispanic Linguistics: Spanish in the U.S.

Taught in Spanish. Serves as a linguistic introduction to the varieties of Spanish that are currently spoken in the United States. Some central topics include: code-switching, language maintenance, and language contact phenomena. (Formerly Languages 152.)

Prerequisite(s): SPAN 150. Enrollment is restricted to senior Spanish studies majors.
