Forever GI Bill® Policy on Late VA Payments

For students utilizing Ch. 31 (Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment) or Ch. 33 (Post-9/11) GI Bill® benefits, Northern Essex Community College will not prevent enrollment in classes, assess late payment fees, require students to seek alternative/additional sources of funding, or deny access to school resources as a result of a late payment by the Department of Veteran Affairs. This policy is in accordance with the amendment of Section 3679 of Title 38 U.S.C. by the Veterans Benefits and Transition Act of 2018, Section 103.
