HEA 110 Personal Health/Wellness

This course provides an introduction to basicpersonal health and wellness. Emphasis is placed on current health issues such as nutrition, mentalhealth, and fitness. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate an understanding of the factors necessary to the maintenance of healthand wellness. This course has been approved for transfer under the CAA/ICAA as a premajor and/or elective course requirement.
