PSY 4420 INDUSTRIAL ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY
Foundations of Industrial-Organizational (IO) psychology, the themes and applications of psychology in contemporary working places. Topics include organizational climate and culture, perception, attitudes and motivation, as well as job design, alternative work arrangements, leadership models and concepts and relationship of the above to diversity, equity, and inclusion issues. Organizational characteristics, such as structure, design, culture, organization change and development are examined.
