Educational tour of designated countries' sites of genocidal assault and contemporary commemoration, with an emphasis on learning through supervised on-site visits with local officals and jurists, witnesses and survivors, journalists, curators. scholars, and other local observers who establish or revise the historical record as well as shape and contest the public's memory.
