COMM 5535 CRISIS COMMUNICATION

Analysis of the stages of a crisis, development of crisis plans and dealing with the media in public and interpersonal settings. Students will prepare and present crisis messages and press packets. Students will learn to conduct commun- ity meetings. Prerequisite: Bachelor's degree or permission of instructor.
