Program Description
The Kean University Master of Public Administration Program (MPA) prepares students to be managers and professionals who are committed to public service and are globally aware and engaged in their communities. Kean offers three different master's degrees in public administration with concentrations in the government, health care, and nonprofit sectors. Our students study fiscal policy, public law, strategic planning and other subjects that prepare them for middle-or senior-level positions as public administrators. Our program is a mixture of students, some of whom are currently working in public sector organizations, while others are looking to get their careers started or even to change fields altogether.
