FSC 2800 HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER

This course will analyze and discuss real criminal cases from both the United States and other countries.  The cases of interest will be ones whose investigation rotated around a significant amount of scientific evidence which was collected, obtained and/or processed improperly, obstructing the work of the investigators and the juridical system to the point that, in some instances, the “murderer” or guilty party actually got away with what he or she did.
