PA 5243 URBAN SERVICES, INFRASTRUCTURE, AND PLANNING

This course introduces students to the challenges faced by local governments in the provision of public services and infrastructure. Students will learn core tools in urban planning; the pros and cons of involving multiple stakeholders in the policy process; methods for assessing, evaluating, and financing the delivery of local policies; and contemporary evidence-based solutions to old and new challenges.
