MGS 3030 HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

This course is designed to inform students about various aspects of HRM such as employment law, recruitment and selection, employee management, training, development and evaluation, compensation and benefits, employee relations, etc. Using this introduction as the foundation, the course will then dig deeper into the more complex areas of HRM, to provide students with the opportunity to apply concepts, theories, and best practices to the challenging issues.
