MATH 1996 RESEARCH INITIATIVE FOR FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS

To introduce first-year students to the process of conducting research. This course is for majors in the mathematical sciences programs within their first thirty university credits who receive approved petition to register. Under the direct supervision of a faculty member, a research project is designed and carried out by a student (or a group of students).
