PED 4630 ELECTROCARDIOGRAPHY

The course presents an overview of the heart, the circulatory system and the pathophysiology of coronary artery disease, with an emphasis on learning the basic principles of ECG, the importance of the 12-lead ECG as a diagnostic tool and the effects of exercise, drugs and disease on the interpretation of ECG testing.
