CJ 4650 ALTERNATIVES TO INCARCERATION

This course presents theories and realities of offenders sentenced to intermediate sanctions in a community-based setting. Topics will include Intensive Supervision Programs (ISP), electronic monitoring, halfway houses, boot camps, substance abuse treatment programs, and restitution and community service.
