PED 1130 CARDIO FITNESS

A total body conditioning experience that improves whole body wellness. Emphasis on achieving and maintaining healthy cardio-respiratory function, muscular strength and endurance, tone and weight management through various forms of training. COURSE DESIGNATIONS: Required for all PE Global Fitness & Wellness majors. Elective for others.
