GD 2005 STUDIO SKILLS

Studio course. Develops a competence in the concepts, processes, tools, and hand skills required for rapid visualization and prototyping as it relates to design. Students will discover methods to communicate ideas visually through graphics and three-dimensional comping including exploration of image-making media, design tools, visualizing techniques, packaging, and presentation. Laptop required. Purchase of supplies, attendance at the Thinking Creatively Conference, and field trips required. Required for BFA in Graphic Design Prerequisite(s): GD*1000, DSN*1101, DSN*1103;
