EXSC 1109 ZUMBA FITNESS ®

A cardio-based conditioning program inspired by rhythms music and dances from diverse cultures utilizing interval training method to improve stamina, coordination, flexibility, and burn "fat" calories. [SP 18] Required for all EXSC majors. Elective for others. Replaces and is equivalent to PED*1109.
