Graduate level laboratory course presenting experimental design, methods and techniques. Quantitative and qualitative laboratory approaches to the study of subcellular components (RNA, DNA, etc.) with emphasis on current molecular principles and biotechniques to relate structure to function including gene expression and real time genetic analysis.
