NURS 5020 ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS & SYSTEMS LEADERSHIP AND PRACTICE

Analysis and integration of communication theories in nursing leadership. Clinical application will focus on advanced concepts in health care leadership, conflict management; healthcare work environment, ethics, human resources, change strategies, inter-professional collaboration and organization governance. Required for MSN students. Prerequisite(s): NURS*5000, NURS*5010.
