PHYS 2096 PHYSICS II

Continuation of the Physics sequence. Equilibrium and elasticity, gravity, fluid mechanics, oscillations and wave motion, thermodynamics and geometric optics. Phys 2096 is a calculus based introduction to the fundamental of classical physics. (3 hr. lec./1 hr. rec./3 hr.lab.) Satisfies GE disciplinary/interdisciplinary requirement in physics.
