MGS 3200 INTRODUCTION TO HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT

This course provides a comprehensive understanding of major sectors in the hospitality industry including hotels, tourism, restaurants, food and beverage services, leisure and recreation, meetings and conventions, and event management. Topics include hospitality career paths, industry trends, environmental factors, and leadership and management principples that influence effective management of hospitality organizations.
