FIN 4500 SEMINAR IN SELECT TOPICS IN FINANCE

This course is designed to provide an integrative experience as the General Education capstone for Finance majors. Students will examine contemporary issues in Finance such as corporate governance and securities regulation in the context of shareholder wealth maximization. Critical analysis of significant developments in the field will be examined from the perspective of 1) the shareholder and 2) the corporation. Prerequisite(s): FIN 3311 revised 03/23/04
