PSYD 7113 PRO SEM IIA:ETH PRO PRAC SCH

This first course of a three-semester sequence focuses on issues important to professionals about to enter the field including an orientation to issues in day-to-day practice and professional development in modern school and clinical psychology. Ethical and legal issues will be covered in detail, with particular referene to the everyday issues of practice, and special emphasis will be made to integrate these legal, ethical and professional issues into a thorough discussion and monitoring of students' current externshhip experiences. Prerequisites: Matriculation in PsyD program Type of Course: Doctoral Level: Required for students in the PSYD School-Clinical psychology program
