MGS 5030 MANAGEMENT IN HUMAN RESOURCES

This course is designed to understand, explore, assess, and analyze the management of human resources within an organization and its importance to organizational success. Major philosophies, policies and functions of human resources management are understood, including forecasting of HR demand and supply, recruitment and selection, employee development, evaluation, and compensation and benefits. Students are expected to evaluate and design HRM systems by applying the key HRM concepts to the various organizations and understand crosscultural components of human resource management systems with other developed countries.
