The course offers introduction to modern financial theory and practice in the corporate finance decision-making process, In particular, the course will explore topics such as fundamental objectives of financial management, financial management, financial statement analysis, working capital management, capital budgeting analysis, trade-off between risk and return, valuation of corporate securities, capital structure decisions, and corporate dividend policies.
