Advanced study of whiteware techniques, using casting, throwing, and handbuilding skills. Development of porcelain, white stoneware, and talc clay bodies; with subsequent use and development of celadons, low fire glazes, underglazes, and overglaze, and overglaze techniques. Prerequisites: FA 5401 or permission of instructor.
